Book – Driven By Demons

This book tells the remarkable story of a young man battling intense mood swings, who turns to physical risk, and his exceptional talent for rowing and sculling to keep depression at bay. His journey is at times amusing, at times desperate, but always depply human.
Over the years, Tim Crooks has won the Thames Challenge Cup, Silver Goblets, Double Sculls Challenge Cup, Grand Challenge Cup, Queen Mother Challenge Cup at Henley and was part of the Men’s Coxed Eight team that won silver for Team GB at the 1976 Games in Montreal.
Tim will be at the Regatta this year signing his book on Wednesday and Friday.
